My Story

Founded by former Division I athlete and psychology student Jenna Carpenter, Carpe Momentum was inspired by a simple truth: the most meaningful moments in life aren’t rare, they’re everyday experiences we often overlook. From getting to wake up each morning to conversations with strangers, each second is an opportunity for improvement, appreciation, and purpose.

My journey through competitive sport and personal growth revealed one consistent theme: fulfillment comes from being authentic, grounded, and present. That realization sparked the vision for Carpe Momentum, a brand built to inspire others to live intentionally and unapologetically.

Giving Back

Sports shaped my life, and I believe every child deserves access to the same valuable opportunities and lessons it gave me. That’s why 5% of all sales go directly to All Kids Play, an organization supporting youth sports programs in underserved communities, helping young athletes build confidence, community, and purpose through sport.
